Radical Reflections

The start of a radical revolution of mini-conferences

Last Thursday was life-changing for me and the 17 other people at Radical Reset. Our first virtual mini-conference hosted with my powerhouse collabs Sonya and Loretta with the goal of busting up the status quo crappy messages that hold us back from nurturing our mental, emotional, physical, and financial health.

The energy was electric⚡️, the sharing was vulnerable ❤️, the insights were wise from everyone in the room 💫, and the collective commitment to radically transforming our lives for ourselves was jaw-dropping inspiring 🤩.

Personally, I’ve really needed this. And, I think it filled a void for all of us. Getting under the skin of what we’re taught to expect, and ask: but what about more?

What about creating at work: freedom, connection, peace, wealth, and balance.

What if we stopped sacrificing in our social impact careers and built in prosperous wages and moments for rest and reflection? Why can’t we build something that makes us all happy?

Radical Reset was the first step in this collective movement. Join us for our next conference on Friday, April 19th 9am to Noon PT / Noon to 3pm ET. Seriously, you don’t want to miss out on joining this incredible community.

Here are a couple radical commitments that were made at Radical Reset:

“I’m making a radical commitment to ask myself deep questions to make insightful and powerful actions toward my goals.”

“I’m making a radical commitment to not settle for a job that does not pay me what I’m worth.”

“I’m making a radical commitment to live for my happiness and wellbeing regardless of what others expect of me.”

What radical commitment are you making for yourself?

Save the date for 4/19 and stay tuned for updates. I want you all to join our radical community!
